The Kino Institute Leadership Formation Certificate Program is a two-year intensive formation process designed to form parish leaders and deacon candidates to coordinate parish programs and to foster conversion among those served in the parishes. This process happens through a systematic and adult-level formation in the teachings of Christ, and through skills workshops, mentoring and in-field projects. Participants get hands-on experience and formation from experienced leaders and clergy from around the Diocese. This program serves leaders in children’s catechesis, youth evangelization, RCIA/Adult Faith Formation, Marriage, Respect Life, Catholic Schools and anyone interested in pursuing those fields.*
