- Either the Master Catechist/Catechist Trainer Application OR the Credential Transfer Application (for previously credentialed leaders).
- Written completion of the Catechist Trainer Interview, emailed to sgreene@diocesephoenix.org in *.doc format.
Once these are received and processed, you will be given an access code for the instructor materials.
